User Flows and User Stories

There's a lot to love about this large diagram pack. It's titled User Flows and User Stories, but there's actually more contained within this free Figjam kit.

Not only is there a well built persona template but there's also a space for defining archetypes (we haven't actually heard of this before in relation to UX), a user story map, dependencies and risks, a user flow diagram, wireframe flow diagram and finally a journey map.

So basically included in this Figjam template are all of the initial building blocks of a solid UX discovery, from defining users to mapping out their activities from high to a more low (more granular and specific) level. If you're unsure how to make a good UX discovery then simply just fill in each of these sections one by one (maybe aim for 3 to 6 personas) and once they're all completed you should have a really excellent understanding of who you're building for and what you're building.
