A mandatory activity you should engage in during any UI or UX design process is to define a set of 'How Might We' (HMW) questions. And one way to define these, is to engage in a HMW workshop. Luckily for you we have a straightforward, free and easy to use HMW Figjam workshop template, right here.
What are "How Might We's'? well they refer to a brainstorming or problem-framing technique used to reframe challenges in a way that invites creative solutions. It's a way to turn a problem or a challenge into an open-ended question that encourages innovation.
An example of this is instead of saying: "How can we improve the user experience of our website?", you might reframe it as: "How might we make it easier for users to find what they’re looking for on our website?"
So that's the general gist, but we've always found the process of defining 'How Might We's" invaluable, so why not try it out in your own project?
