Research Organizer Pack

Now before we begin it's worth mentioning that this fully editable Figjam research pack is really amazing and fully featured but it's also a little random and inspecific. For example it doesn't perfectly align with the standard design principles we normally follow. That being said it definitely does allow you to deep dive into UX research instantly with a really comprehensive list of activities.

Included are template boards for research questions and findings, empathy maps, a problem statement, one user persona (we prefer to research 4 to 6), solution definition and next steps. So basically if you were to fill in each of these tables one by one, by the end of your research you will have a fully featured set of data that's incredibly useful.

That being said, if you wish to keep things even more professional then adding extra maps and processes on top would help, such as customer journey maps, system blueprints and current and future state maps.
