Information Architecture Workshop

An extremely important part of the UX process is the development of an Information Architecture diagram, sometimes this can be a little overwhelming, but rest assured it doesn't have to be. As it can be an iterative process, whereby if you don't get it perfectly defined the first time, there's lots of opportunities to improve it over time with user testing.
