Once you've made your invoice, then you can use Figma's export setting and save it as a pdf. Then if you find the file size is too large (as Figma doesn't seem to compress pdf files), you can then go to Adobe's PDF compressor or other similar tools and reduce the file size, then it's time to send to your client.
